DSGCE had organised an Educational Trip to the Holy city of Kurukshetra on 26 March 2016. The purpose of the trip was to provide the students of B.Ed with direct experiences about the ideas and ideals enshrined in the Mahabharata. The first place visited by the students was Panorma Science City and Sri Krishna Museum that combines the science with religion. It provides the information about the Mahabharata war and helps in developing scientific attitude among the students. Than Kalpana Chawla Memorial Planetarium was shown to the students. The main attractions of the planetarium were the astronomy shows, exhibit gallery and astro park. The other places visited were Brahmasarovar and Jyotisar. In the end refreshment was given to the students.
